- Commissioned or custom book designs may require additional time to allow for design decisions and approvals.
- If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know—I will make every effort to meet your deadline.

Domestic & International Shipping
- Orders ship within the United States.
- International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please note that delays may occur due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, I am not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
